This appears to be the Shrouded Deep adventure. It required like 5 people to play the song in one spot after killing the other types of megs. This one had a ghost fleet appear in the fight as well, and added the new shrouded music. Encountering this was not luck, it was the adventure to do for 2 weeks. Killing it did not grant the commendation. The Shrouded Ghost is not easy to find, you need to take on every meg you see, not run away. You need to sail every shroud till it disperses every time! This isn't an easy find, it's one for the most dedicated pirates. It's not about how many nautical miles you've sailed it's about where you've sailed them. You may need to sail 100, 200, 400 or ...
