Taipei 101 Observatory was a great program. The observatory offered plenty of opportunities for photos. There were Insta photo set-up all around the floor. You could buy a ticket to 89th floor and walk up 2 flights to 91st for open-air views, but upon our visit it was closed due to the bad weather.
