Tried the same thing. Restarted pc, launched only PGR instead of the launcher. Game froze. Tried launching it with the launcher. Game froze. Closed both through task manager. Deleted the json and log file in the KRInstall_haru folder, ran the PGR.exe in admin. Game started. Honestly feels like RNG at this point. It will launch into a black screen, turn into a white screen, then classic windows "not responding". Could be an issue with AMD CPU compatibility as all the users I've seen say they have this issue (me included) are on some model of AMD cpu.
