You're paying for fit, finish, the best 2011 carry-oriented (aka, not super rough) grip on the market today, the amazing Staccato trigger, optic ready, and a new slimmer grip (compared to C2 and other 2011s) with a 16 round flush-fit magazine. The STI is very much a different league than any 320, as far as fit and finish go. Both are excellent guns, but very different.
