6 years ago. I used to work at the capital grille for many years. Rule of thumb is you can never be over dressed. I would rather come in a tuxedo rather than shorts. If you are in doubt, always dress up. If 50 people wear Jean, and 1 person wears dress pants, it's the 50 people who would look out of place. Trust me, I worked there for 10 years.
