As far as builds go for pve, once you have a fighter thrall you can get through all the pve content with an encumbrance build. It's great for harvesting/building. I go with 1/10/30//20/41/15. You still need 9 enc from armor, and 5 survival from black blood tools. If you don't have those things you will have to distribute points another way.The Exile Lands legendary armor is really good now being on par with if not better than aspect gear, only issue is that you can't Transmog them unfortunately. Stat wise I feel building for health armor is arguebly best, pretty much no creature in the game except the arena champ should be able to keep up with 800~ health.
