Horrible way to save money by firing/ laying off long term employees and hiring new ones for a lower pay rate! Very stressful. The only pro I see at this company is the pay, and that's only if you've been there over 4 years. In 2023 they layed off a lot of supervisors and managers and I don't see them stopping any time soon!
