If I edit a weapon loadout, pick a weapon build I have saved, and then check gunsmith, the tuning parameters are intact. However, if I enter DMZ menus, pick one of those same saved weapon builds for my insured weapon slot, and then check the gunsmith just above, the tuning parameters are all zeroed.
