WICO is based on UNP body type so my would be that it´s not compatible with CBBE ou of the box. dunno if there´s a patch or such. 1.CBBE has advanced to 3bbb/3ba (same thing dif authors pretty much) while UNP has evolved to BHUNP. now there are 2 main differences to them and that is with the breast/butt: In CBBE the butt is smoother at high weight values such as thicc body types. BHUNP has greater Breast shape.
