The PVT certainly has its uses for many but when I saw the bad pop up in my scenario I was super sad and got pessimistic very quickly despite thinking I did fine after finishing the nclex. I was getting quite a bit of SATA, prioritization and questions focused on obscure drugs/disease processes.

I did the entire HURST review and just did my first assessment and got 79/125 they recommend 77/125. I have been feeling confident. I then took 2 of the nurse achieve practice CAT exams and got pass-pass on both. However, today I decided to try SIMCLEX even though I have heard bad reviews. I passed on the first attempt with 145 questions. If you continue to use Uworld, I highly recommend studying and reviewing the materials you are not scoring the best in. When I took the NCLEX, it felt like I was taking the Archer's readiness exam. And I did fairly okay on that -- my last exams were like H, VH, BL, VH, so not too bad.
