May 5, 2011 · I have an 06 LX 2.4 auto that I recently bought with 49K. The trans oil only had a little pink in it but I've done two drain and fills with DW Honda fluid and now it looks really good. When taking off it has a whine to it that follows the motor RPMs to about 3500 where the grunt of the motor covers any whining noise.
