MPG will drop to some extent. But what is the. real world difference? 18 (Screw, 3.5, W/3.55s), I'm getting between 18.5 - 20 MPG to the tank.

A standard kit does fit despite what I was told early on in the process, all the suspension angles remain in spec and it drives the same. You have a lot of other variables to consider beside tire height. Tire width, rim offset, current gearing. Most levels will allow you to fit up to a 35x12.5 tire on a stock rim. You will need to make sure that there is enough wheel clearance, but this should not be an issue if you are planning on leveling your truck. The ideal would be a 2-and-a-half-inch level.You can put 35s on a Stock F150, but you need to make some changes in the front area of the tires for this purpose.
