Not one service advisor or tech bothered to check for outstanding tsb's and continued telling me on two occasions the CC was working normally because it wasn't throwing any codes.To access it you need to remove the front lower dash panel under the steering column . Take out the two screws (7mm) holding in the panel at the left side coin drawer. Gently unsnap the lower dash from its holders. You don't need to remove the screws holding the inner dash.
